I’ve lumped the Hemsworth brothers together for the simple reason that they’re a package deal, and the States are happy to have them. (Liam is first because he’s the single one.) Seriously though, they’re excellent actors. Just watch Thor and The Hunger Games.

After a slew of popular, hilarious movies in recent years (Bridesmaids, Neighbors, or Spy, anyone?), Rose has made it clear that she’s an actress to watch, and an Australian gem that American movies don’t want to lose. It’s no shock she’s on the list with a sense of humor like hers.

She’s funny, unapologetic, and one of the most popular actresses of the decade. Rebel came out of nowhere with her role as Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect and has been charming us all ever since.

Does Cate Blanchett even need an explanation? She’s amazing in every role, and she's delivered the most moving Evil Stepmother I’ve ever seen in the new Cinderella. Not to mention her recurring role as Galadriel in The Lord of the Rings franchise is flat-out awe-inspiring.

This man defines perfection. Those muscles. That smile. Those salt and pepper hairs. Oh, and I can’t forget about his talent for acting. Particularly when it comes to his recurring role as the Wolverine.

So beautiful. Much enraptured with his sultry gaze. Not many actors have a role history as varied as Eric does, which just goes to show how versatile he is as an actor. Plus, those dark curls really make my fingers itch (in a good way).

Say whatever you want about him in Les Mis; Russell is a talented actor. His experience in the film world over the last 40 years more than proves that he’s one of the greatest talents to come from Down Under.

Gone, but never forgotten. This list wouldn’t be complete without Heath. Luckily, we’ll always be able to watch him on screen as the Joker in The Dark Knight, in 10 Things I Hate About You, and in Brokeback Mountain. That kind of talent simply doesn’t show up every day.

One of my first and longest-lasting celebrities crushes is Julian. He might not be the largest household name, but his long-running work on Charmed and Nip/Tuck more than speak for his prowess as an actor.
