The Best and Worst Dressed at the 2024 Grammys

Best: Trevor Noah

Best: Trevor Noah

Trevor Noah was not only a wonderful host but showed up and showed out in the way of fashion. We love a twist on a classic black suit, and Noah delivered.

His suit jacket had a glittery sheen with a leopard print design. A bold choice, but it worked in his favor. To bring the look together, Noah had a small figurine of a big cat at his collar where the knot of his tie would have been.

Best: Taylor Swift

Best: Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift not only won her 13th Grammy and announced her 11th studio album at the award show, but she made Grammy history as the first person to win Album of the Year four times! And her outfit lived up to the moment.

Her white sleeveless Schiaparelli Couture gown draped around her beautifully. Black gloves that went up to her biceps complimented the dress perfectly. Black heels and a black and white choker tied the entire look together.

Worst: Billie Eilish

Worst: Billie Eilish

Billie Eilish was… at the 2024 Grammys. She wore a one-of-a-kind Barbie bomber jacket with the Barbie logo above her heart, pink sleeves, and silver heart buttons. She paired the jacket with a white button-up shirt and black tie.

Eilish was nominated for song of the year for “What Was I Made For?” on the Barbie movie soundtrack, so her jacket’s tribute to the movie makes sense. However, we think a tribute would have been better executed in a Barbie-esque outfit rather than the superfan outfit she wore.

Best: Jay Z and Blue Ivy Carter

Best: Jay Z and Blue Ivy Carter

Jay Z accepted the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award next to his daughter Blue Ivy. The two were a vision together, setting goals for father-daughter duos everywhere.

Jay Z donned a classic black suit, while Blue Ivy wore an off-the-shoulder white dress with matching white boots.

Best: Christina Aguilera

Best: Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera wore a long-sleeve light blue gown that hugged her figure down to her knees before trailing off in a classy train.

Our favorite detail was the way the dress wrapped across her hips, showcasing a beading detail. Although the 43 year old has never looked her age, she stunned on the red carpet.

Worst: Lana Del Rey

Worst: Lana Del Rey

Lana Del Rey looked more like she was headed to a funeral in the 1950s rather than the 2024 Grammys. Del Rey also went all-in on the biggest recent trend: bows

With one big black bow in her hair, she also had bows on her gloves and on the tips of her shoes. Although we’re big fans of the trend, we just think it was a little too much for one night.

Best: Lionel Richie

Best: Lionel Richie

If there’s one thing we love, it’s a shimmery suit. Lionel Richie wore a black suit jacket with a giant dragonfly embossed across it, wings spread.

The dragonfly seemed to be made of delicate rhinestones, making it look like the bug was flying on a sunny day. This outfit was a win for all men at award shows, finally showing some real personality!

Best: Kylie Minogue

Best: Kylie Minogue

Kylie Minogue wore an iconic red dress with a corset-like top that provided structure while the bottom was free-flowing.

The dress had off-the-shoulder straps that flowed behind Minogue, making the movement of the dress incredible.

Worst: Ice Spice

Worst: Ice Spice

Ice Spice’s outfit was giving Y2K in all the wrong ways. Ice Spice wore a two-piece Baby Phat denim gown. Faux fur poked out from under the jacket, simply looking like she had an animal trapped in there with her.

Ice Spice had four Grammy award nominations, but sadly didn’t take home any wins. Maybe bad luck goes with a bad fit.

Best: Kelly Clarkson and Her Son

Best: Kelly Clarkson and Her Son

White dresses were the moment at the 2024 Grammys. Kelly Clarkson wore a white, off-the-shoulder gown in a classic mermaid style. However, it was her son that stole the show.

Remington Alexander wore a crushed red velvet suit with a vintage ruffled button-up. He also had a Lego flower lapel pin.

Best: Chrissy Teigen and John Legend

Best: Chrissy Teigen and John Legend

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are always ones to stand out. Teigen wore a black Sophie couture bodice with a matching miniskirt. The fabric on the miniskirt transformed into a large pink blossom right on her body.

Legend wore a black suit jacket and pants with a satin undershirt that folded into a loose knotted tie at the center of his chest.

Worst: Summer Walker

Worst: Summer Walker

Summer Walker wore a matching dress and hat covered entirely in feathers. The right amount of feathers can make for a beautiful ensemble.

Too many feathers can turn the wearer into an overexaggerated cartoon character. Sadly, that’s what we think happened to Walker.
