The Aspark Owl is not just one of the most expensive Japanese supercars in the world; it’s also THE most expensive electric car money can buy.

Only about 50 cars were made, each costing about $3.3 million. Its powerful electric motors allow the Aspark Owl to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 1.69 seconds!

Coming in at number 9, the Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita can go from 0 to 124 mph in 8.75 seconds. This Swedish speed machine weighs about 1.4 tons – lighter than a Ferrari or Lamborghini.

But even if you became a billionaire overnight, getting one would be nearly impossible as only two were ever made. The cost? $4.8 million.

The Bugatti Divo, last produced in 2021, features an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine that generates a whopping 1,500 horsepower.

I won’t even comment on what this vehicle looks like, but this vehicle may very well be the king of overcompensation. Its 5.9-liter engine generates 700 horsepower, which is far from the highest we’ve ever heard, but this vehicle was one of a kind.

A special order from the tire brand Fulda, the Maybach Exelero, was created to advertise a new series of tires. They spent about $8 million on the car.

Created to celebrate Lamborghini's 50th anniversary, only Lamborghini Veneno roadsters were ever produced. Additionally, four coup versions were also built.

The roadsters feature a 6.5-liter V12 engine and have a top speed of 221 mph. When they were produced, they were worth about $4 million, but now they are worth about $8.3 million.

The Bugatti Centodieci, worth about $9.1 million, comes in at the number 5 spot. As a tribute to the Bugatti EB110, the Centodieci was essentially built as a revamped Bugatti Chiron.

It features an 8.0-liter W16 engine and a top speed of 236 mph, making it one of the fastest road cars in the world!

The Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta was produced exclusively for Horacio Pagani and just two other lucky owners to celebrate the founder's 60th birthday.

And if you love loud supercars, then you’d wish you were one of those lucky two. The $17.9 million vehicle is powered by a 7.3-liter Mercedes-Benz V12 engine that generates 789 horsepower.

The second-most expensive car in the world, the Bugatti La Voiture Noire took inspiration from the Bugatti 57 SC Atlantic to create a supercar of massive proportions.

It features an 8.0-liter, 16-cylinder engine that outputs 1,500 horsepower. Bugatti La Voiture Noire has a top speed of 260 mph. It’s worth $18.1 million.

The Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is the most expensive car in the world, and not by a small margin. The hand-built luxury car is worth about $28 million - with only three ever made. One of them is owned by none other than Jay-Z.

The twin-turbo 6.75-liter V12 engine (with 8-speed automatic transmission) gets up to 563 horsepower. It may not even be the most potent vehicle available, but its luxury is incomparable as it’s essentially a yacht on wheels, measuring 18.7 feet long.
