It’s hard to believe that this once 30-something Friend is now 51 years old—especially because she doesn’t look any older than she did in the '90s! Although she does give some credit to her Greek genes, the actress stresses the importance of skincare—specifically the Aveeno line, which she has become the face of.

Aniston believes that skincare begins from the inside out, therefore she hydrates by drinking a lot of water and always gets a good night's sleep. She stays away from sodas and fried foods to keep her girlish figure. Instead, she tends to eat fruits, vegetables and healthy lean proteins.

Salma Hayek credits always washing her face before going to bed for her youthful looks. She says no matter what situation she’s in, she remembers to remove her makeup before sleeping. But the real secret is that she never washes her face in the morning.

She may rinse or spray rosewater on it, but she says that the skin is perfectly pH balanced in the morning and doesn’t need washing.
