10 Most Ridiculous Lifetime Movies

My Stepson, My Lover (1997)

Also called Love, Murder, and Deceit, this film is about a woman who is feeling neglected, so she starts to get feelings for her stepson. Pretty gross, right? In typical Lifetime fashion, someone dies, and another suffers a horrific accident.

Killer Hair (2009)

The title alone makes us laugh a little. It’s about a body that’s found at a friend’s hair salon, and a style columnist gets put on the case. The coroner said it was a suicide because of a bad haircut—something any sane person would do. The style columnist decides that is something more; it’s clearly MURDER!

A Face to Die For (1996)

Not to be confused with A Face to Kill For. This movie is about a girl who has a disfigured face. Her friends set her up for robbery, and she ends up taking the fall. Somehow, she manages to get plastic surgery in prison (okay???), and then she gets revenge on the man that put her away because she’s oh, so beautiful now.

Invisible Child (1999)

Okay, so this one isn’t funny ridiculous. The movie is about a mother who believes she has three children instead of two. The family tries to accommodate her, even pretending that the third kid is real, mainly out of fear that the family would become split if the condition got out. The movie spits in the face of mental illnesses, and then, the filmmakers try to make us root for the family.
