30 Celebrities Who Have Never Married

In today’s modern society, there are still many traditional expectations placed on us to contribute to our way of life. It seems that no matter what culture you come from, the expectations are generally the same: Graduate high school by 18 years old. Graduate college by 22. Join the workforce for a few years. Sow wild oats until, of course, you become what society’s ideal of “too old” is and then you’re expected to settle down, find a mate, get married, and begin procreating.

There are many people who feel that marriage is not in their best interest now, or ever. Just in case you have some serious FOMO regarding this particular milestone, check out this list of 30 of society’s most famous celebrities who decided to ignore everyone’s expectations and are living life their way.

“That time will come when it comes,” he told Parade in 2016. “The truth is that you can’t predict marriage. You can’t plan it. It’s just going to happen when it happens.”
