Jennifer Aniston - Nachos

Jennifer Aniston - Nachos

Actress Jennifer Aniston, star of the ‘90s sitcom Friends, isn’t mum on the foods she loves to indulge in and even gives her own healthy twist on in order to keep up her killer figure. Nachos are her favorite, according to an interview with Self, implying that life wouldn’t be worth it without the cheesy meal.

“The food I love so much that if I dropped it on the floor, I'd eat it anyway is a nacho,” she admitted. “I fry the chips myself. Just take a tortilla, cut it into triangles, and throw 'em in coconut oil.” Aniston proves it’s really that easy to manipulate your favorite foods into something good for your heart and your soul.

Britney Spears - Chili Dogs

Britney Spears - Chili Dogs

Pop princess Britney Spears may surprise you with her favorite food. It’s chili dogs! She answered her fan’s questions recently on Instagram with a laugh saying that her favorite food to snack on between posing dance videos to Instagram and getting caught in legal battles is a chili hot dog.

The basic components of a chili dog are a hot dog in a bun and topped with a meat sauce, like chili. That's not all, because these dogs are known for their range of toppings including cheese, onions, mustard, or anything else you can think of. This is probably a worthy cheat meal for the singer whose fitness routine is made up of consistent treadmill use, yoga, and light weightlifting.

Lindsay Lohan - Sushi

Lindsay Lohan - Sushi

Lindsay Lohan has made it well known that sushi is her all-time favorite meal! She’s been spotted eating sushi by the paparazzi more frequently than any normal person typically would and there's absolutely no shame in it on her end. The heart wants what it wants... at least, your stomach does.

The actress's love for sushi actually goes far past a habitual meal but has crossed over into obsessive territories. For instance, Lohan was mysteriously absent from an L.A. deposition in 2013 but spotted in New York at the Lure Fishbar on Mercer Street, a food spot famous for its fresh sushi selection.

Dolly Parton - Banana Pudding

Dolly Parton - Banana Pudding

Dolly Parton’s favorite food is her mother's banana pudding, another dish among the classic southern staples. The country queen published the recipe in her cookbook Dolly’s Dixie Fixin’s so that all of us can also enjoy her favorite food! No southern gal can resist the layers of custard, wafers, and fresh bananas.

The Tennessee native even features her mother's dish at her titular theme park Dollywood in her home state. The park's food is so good that it has won four titles in the last seven years from Amusement Today  for having the best amusement park food in the country. All thanks to momma!

Elon Musk - Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Elon Musk - Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Even tech tycoons like Elon Musk enjoy a midnight snack! How else are they expected to celebrate their success? A Twitter fan asked Elon what his favorite cereal to eat in the middle of the night was, and he actually responded with many people's childhood favorite -- Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

What's funny is the Space X and Tesla founder didn't specify if the spicy cereal was his absolute favorite food or just his favorite midnight cheat meal, but we wouldn't be surprised if it was a staple of his daily diet. Heck, despite being so slathered in sugar that its slogan was "The Taste You Can See!," it's actually one of the better options in the realm of unhealthy cereals.

Taylor Swift - Chicken Tenders

Taylor Swift - Chicken Tenders

After Britney Spears was knocked from the top spot as America's sweetheart, Taylor Swift quickly rose to fill it. Despite the glitz and glam, tons of acclaimed music, and awards (plus the tiny waist), she's as downhome as it gets, and nothing's evidence enough than her favorite food -- chicken tenders!

During Swift's "73 Questions" video with Vogue, she pointed to a few different foods that top her favorites list, including the poultry staple. "If we're just saying like, what I wish I could eat every day if calories didn't count, is chicken tenders," she admitted. "[But at a drive-through, it would be a] cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake."

Selena Gomez - Pickles

Selena Gomez - Pickles

Rare Beauty founder, former Disney actress, and pop singer Selena Gomez has been captured enjoying foods ranging from funky to junky in a variety of outfits over the years, but she’s openly admitted to her love of vinegar-based foods on multiple occasions. And her favorite? Pickles. Pickle juice. The whole nine yards.

There’s actually a photo of her chugging pickle juice straight from the jar and a massively oversized jar at that! Pickles are the kind of food that people either love with all their hearts or hate for eternity. The combination of tangy and sour isn't for everyone, but Gomez has no shame in admitting to this love affair.

Nicki Minaj - Curry Chicken and Roti

Nicki Minaj - Curry Chicken and Roti

Not only does she slay her bars, but she also slays in the kitchen! Nicki’s favorite food is curry chicken, and she makes it all the time herself. Nicki told US Magazine that her dad actually taught her how to make it and she continues the trend in her own life while on break from world tours and award shows.

The curry superfan even recommended the best place to buy her favorite meal on her social media accounts, saying, "If u want some authentic Trinidadian curry chicken, roti, etc., go here! It's right in QUEENS, NEW YORK!!!!" So if you're looking to indulge in celebrity-approved cuisine, go no farther than Caribbean Style Cuisine & Roti Shop in Queens.

Kate Middleton - Sticky Toffee Pudding

Kate Middleton - Sticky Toffee Pudding

It seems like everything Kate Middleton sees, touches, or wears is immediately the talk of the town -- really, the talk of the world! That trend doesn’t stop with her superior taste in clothing, but extends into her taste in food as well. Once we reveal her favorite food, you’ll see she’s a British gal through and through.

The chef Rody Warot told People that the Duchess of Cambridge is an avid fan of the dessert sticky toffee pudding. If you’re not convinced yet, just know the dish has Queen Elizabeth’s stamp of approval, and we all know how particular Her Majesty is about, well, everything in life.

Jennifer Lawrence - Cool Ranch Doritos

Jennifer Lawrence - Cool Ranch Doritos

Jennifer Lawrence is one of the most beloved Hollywood celebrities for a variety of reasons. From self-deprecating jokes to refusing to be censored, the actress appeals to mass audiences because of her relatability -- and it doesn’t stop at her personality. She openly admitted that the food she truly can’t live without is none other than Cool Ranch Doritos.

Any down-to-earth celebrity has no problem admitting that junk food has their heart despite what L.A. culture tries to make them believe. For her cover shoot interview with Vanity Fair in 2014, she said, ““Cool Ranch Doritos are my girl. I’ve been trying to wean myself off Cool Ranch and on to Pirate’s Booty [popcorn] but it’s just not doing the trick.” Some things are just meant to be!

Scarlett Johansson - Buffalo Chicken Wings

Scarlett Johansson - Buffalo Chicken Wings

Scarlett Johansson is totally hot! No, like seriously, her mouth's constantly on fire from her obsession with super spicy buffalo wings. She told FOX411's Pop Tarts"Oh my good [I am obsessed] with buffalo chicken wings, I am addicted to them. You will have to roll me down the red carpet next time you see me.”

Because of her high-intensity training and dieting for her role as Marvel superhero Black Widow, she now finds comfort in cheat meals.  “You have to eat a really clean diet, a lot of kale and salmon. Basically, you get all your nutrients and then training like crazy,” she said. “The training is crazy, but you just suck it up and do it. There is a lot of strength training and agility training and fight choreography. You go in, and you just do it.”

Justin Bieber - Spaghetti Bolognese

Justin Bieber - Spaghetti Bolognese

Justin Bieber could have it all, and we’re sure he totally does with his model wife Hailey Baldwin, but his favorite food isn't anything nearly as awe-inducing. It's just the humble Italian-inspired dish spaghetti bolognese. Who doesn’t like Italian food? Pasta is always hard to resist, but we can't even imagine the appeal for pop stars who're under immense pressure to stay in perfect shape.

Bieber revealed his favorite meal to ABC News way back in 2010 when he was still a teenager getting fawned over by female fans. Not to say that the latter hasn't changed, but you get what we mean. On top of claims that his favorite color is purple and thinking Jessica Biel is hot, Bieber plainly pointed out that he always responds that spaghetti is his favorite to fan questions.

Lady Gaga - Peach Cobbler

Lady Gaga - Peach Cobbler

She may be from New York, but Gaga’s favorite food is actually a southern classic: that's right, peach cobbler! In fact, it’s the one thing that she breaks her diet while she’s on tour in between workouts and demanding performance schedules. Most southern foods fall within the comfort category, so we totally get how it's hard for her to resist.

And just take a look at Gaga's workout routine, which she features heavily on her Instagram. Between swimming laps before shows, horseback riding, hot yoga, consistent pilates, strength training five times per week, and ice bath recovery, she definitely earns a slice of peach-filled pastry every once in a while!

The Rock - Sushi

The Rock - Sushi

He should probably call up Lindsay Lohan because his favorite cheat meal is also sushi, a lot of sushi! She could point him toward some great spots to hit to fuel their fishy addiction, but he probably doesn't need much guidance in that arena. He posted his latest sushi excursion on Instagram and it was pretty impressive.

Just look at the guy. The Rock looks like he could hoist an entire glacier over his head and chunk it from Los Angeles to Antarctica if he so pleased. There's only one way to fuel is insane daily workout routine, and that so happens to be giant spreads of "cheat" meals every once in a while.

Martha Stewart - American Cheese Singles

Martha Stewart - American Cheese Singles

You would think Martha Stewart’s guilty pleasure food would be some super froufrou food that only the most elite among us have access to, but it’s a little more humble than you might assume. She sneaks her housekeeper’s American cheese singles when she needs a snack! Now that is surprising.

American cheese singles get a bad rap, and for good reason. They barely make the benchmark to be labeled real cheese, as they're halfway made up of stuff that isn't actual cheese but a mix of ingredients like whey, milk proteins, and emulsifying salts that form a concoction regarded as "cheese food."

Ariana Grande - Strawberries

Ariana Grande - Strawberries

International pop sensation Ariana Grande proudly made the daring switch to a completely plant-based diet in 2013 and she hasn't looked back yet! Ariana has talked about her love for strawberries a lot, but on Twitter, she made the love affair official by solidifying its place as her favorite food.

Ariana's fitness routine isn't focused on constant trips to the gym for lifting or HIIT workouts, but trying to be active every day in small ways. For instance, she tries to get in 12,000 steps a day, 2,000 more than the daily recommended amount. Her fruity favorite helps her maintain a healthy heart and good cholesterol as she maintains an active lifestyle.

Oprah Winfrey - Bread

Oprah Winfrey - Bread

Oprah Winfrey has been very public about struggles with her weight, as seen in countless interviews and a years-long partnership with the weight-loss program Weight Watchers. But she broke down all barriers by getting down to our level and admitting to her favorite food. She loves bread, just like everyone else!

She openly admitted to her obsession with the fluffy carb during an iconic Weight Watchers TV spot when she loudly proclaimed, “This is the joy for me. I love bread... I now just manage it, so I don't deny myself bread, I have bread every day.” Same here, Oprah.

Blake Lively - Eggs Benedict

Blake Lively - Eggs Benedict

The New York City-based dish eggs benedict is a staple in breakfast spreads across America. Who doesn’t like an English muffin sandwiching ham, a poached egg, and hollandaise sauce? It surely beats some sugary cereal for breakfast in terms of health and taste. Actress Blake Lively agrees, citing the dish as an all-time favorite.

Lively isn’t one to eat anything just because she’s hungry; in fact, she’s quite the opposite. Each day is prepped and planned to perfection, mainly because she loves to cook. For someone who has taken classes at Le Cordon Bleu, it’s implied she has an elevated taste for food, including hearty breakfasts.

Emma Stone - Brussels Sprouts

Emma Stone - Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts aren’t exactly the most beloved vegetable out there; actually, they’re probably clowned on more than any other food other than fruit cake. That doesn’t stop Spiderman and La La Land actress Emma Stone from sharing her personal recipe for her favorite veggie, but she doesn’t stop there -- French fries are a close competitor.

Variety is the spice of life, and Stone seems to have realized that. We wouldn’t expect a cabbage-y superfood to beat out deep-fried potatoes for even the best eaters among us, so it’s nice that Stone keeps at least some relatability. She revealed this odd combination to Vogue during her “73 Questions” interview but clarifies it’s “not necessarily at the same time” when she consumes them.

Eminem - Tacos

Eminem - Tacos

Rap-god Eminem has made it clear that he has an irrational addiction to Taco Bell! We totally understand though, a midnight taco just hits differently than anything else, including a tasty bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (sorry, Elon). A taco can at least fill you up with some ingredients that are relatively healthy for you, like lettuce and veggies.

During a 2015 interview with First We Feast, the obsession with crunch wraps and Baja Blast was brought up, and fellow rapper Tony Yayo gave the following insight: "Every time we around Em and you backstage, there's, like, Taco Bell everywhere. Shout out to Taco Bell, but sometimes you want something a little different." Hey, the first step to recovery is admitting that you have a problem.

Serena Williams - Chicken and Rice

Serena Williams - Chicken and Rice

Serena Williams is easily one of the best athletes in modern history. She consistently lands at the top of tennis leaderboards and grand slams because she puts in the work from diet, exercise, and training to succeed at what she loves. So what’s the food that allows this powerhouse to keep chugging? Chicken and rice.

Williams revealed her favorite meal during an interview with Bon Appetit in 2013 where she discussed everything “food, cooking, and family.” She points to her immediate family as the basis of her love: “[My mom’s chicken with rice and gravy] was my favorite dish as a kid, and it still is now. That's my favorite meal from her or from anybody... It's a family favorite.”

Hugh Jackman - Wine and Cheese

Hugh Jackman - Wine and Cheese

The typical workout for the Wolverine star Hugh Jackman consisted of cardio warm-ups and cool-downs, like running and swimming, and at least an hour of weight training. To maintain such a rigorous workout plan, diet is key. Given his look on screen, Jackman stuck to the rules pretty well, but what about during his time off the set?

Jackman told People that he really can’t resist a spread of cheese and some tasty wine for very long before indulging. “I’m a real foodie and into good wine. So if I was going out for my ultimate night it would be eight to 10 friends with sensational wine and sensational food… good cheese, with wine – doesn’t get better than that.”

John Legend - Fried Chicken

John Legend - Fried Chicken

It’s no secret that singer John Legend’s wife Chrissy Teigen is the self-proclaimed foodie given her multiple cookbooks and cookware sets. Teigen features her best recipe for her husband’s favorite meal on her Cravings website, calling it “John’s LEGENDary Fried Chicken with Spicy Honey Butter.” Just that name is evidence enough of Legend’s adoration.

Teigen begins the recipe with a humorous introduction, writing, “John is known to brag about 1) his mac & cheese or 2) his fried chicken. I have an ACTUAL trophy to prove my mac & cheese is better, but I'll admit his fried chicken is pretty good (hopefully he's not reading this). He's been making it forever annnnd since there's still football happening (right?), I had him tell you his "secret" recipe for you to enjoy during games on Sunday or Mondays or...whenever sports is on.”

Christina Hendricks - Spaghetti

Christina Hendricks - Spaghetti

Actress Christina Hendricks has good company with Justin Bieber over their shared love for the Italian-inspired classics. Everyone probably has a mild affinity for spaghetti marinara, as everyone probably had an ex-partner make it for them for a date night inside the house or from a childhood babysitter who didn’t know how to make anything else.

Like anyone on the planet, Hendricks indulges in comfort foods every now and again. For her, it just happens to be spaghetti. "It's not that hard to make, and it's one thing you can order from room service that they won't mess up,” she told WebMD’s “Jumpstart.” We don’t want to think too hard about how this food is a “cheat meal” for her and not something she has for dinner regularly… Yeah, same.

Emma Watson - Mexican Food

Emma Watson - Mexican Food

British Harry Potter and Beauty and the Beast actress Emma Watson has always been highly regarded for her superior intellect, acting prowess, strong personality, online activism, and undeniable beauty. It’s no wonder journalists everywhere are dying to know how she stays in shape, and more specifically, what she loves to eat.

Turns out it’s not any sort of UK staple, but quite the opposite. She clued fans in on her favorite meal during an interview with the Huffington Post while she was in New York in 2011: “I love La Esquina. I’m obsessed with Mexican. We don’t have Mexican food in England, we just kill it. That’s one of the first things I do when I come here.”

Gwyneth Paltrow - French Fries

Gwyneth Paltrow - French Fries

Despite being a self-proclaimed health guru as seen on her lifestyle blog Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow is no stranger to a cheat meal! During a YouTube video for Harper’s Bazaar Gwyn said she knows that french fries aren’t technically a full meal, but she could easily make them one if she wanted to (and she does!).

She admitted in the video, “I love french fries, which is a well-known fact. French fries are sort of my favorite meal not that they’re a meal, they’re technically a side but I guess I could eat them for a meal and I would." She doesn't believe in starving yourself but balancing out your comfort foods with routine fitness. For the actress, she does 45 minutes of cardio and strength exercises five times per week to balance things out.

Kristen Stewart - Tortilla Soup

Kristen Stewart - Tortilla Soup

Soup is one of the most versatile meals in existence, featured as a staple of sickbeds, potlucks, and winter cabins alike. As her tortilla soup recipe continues to be widely praised across the internet, Kristen Stewart obviously has a passion for the equally flavorful and easy-to-make soup. Who knew the Twilight actress had such a passion for food!

Like Emma Watson, Stewart is a fan of pretty much anything that falls under the realm of Mexican cuisine. She’s a self-proclaimed foodie, so adapting gourmet Mexican dishes into something low-fat and figure-conscious is part of her daily routine. We’ll be sure to prepare this soupy classic next time we’re feeling under the weather (or want to feel like an A-list actress).

Seth Meyers - Chex Mix

Seth Meyers - Chex Mix

Seth Meyers, the NBC Late Night host and former SNL star, told Bon Appetit anything and everything regarding his lifestyle, diet, and favorite things during a 2014 interview, and we’re here to report! Aside from his favorite drinks like dry Riesling and Scotch, his mother’s homemade Chex Mix takes the top spot.

Interviewer Andrew Parks lured the answer from Meyers with the simple question, “Death-row last meal?” He responded confidently, saying, “My mom’s homemade Chex mix. No one makes it like her, although I recently learned that the key to her success is just butter.” No surprise there; butter makes everything better!

Rick Ross - Pears

Rick Ross - Pears

It’s almost a meme at this point of Rick Ross’s love for pears. The rapper’s favorite food went viral in 2014 after he passionately endorsed the food as a key component of his over 100-pound weight loss journey. Not long after, his social media accounts were overtaken by comment after comment of the pear emoji.

He told DJ Tim Westwood in a YouTube interview on TimWestwoodTV that he’s into the new healthy lifestyle when it involves the luscious green fruit. "I eat pears now and [expletive] like that. Shout out to all the pear." With that ending line, the demand for pears boosted and the USAPears Twitter account skyrocketed in followers.

Barack Obama - Broccoli

Barack Obama - Broccoli

Former POTUS Barack Obama is an avid fan of American staples like burgers, hot dogs, and barbecue food alike, but the one he can’t live without isn’t one of these fatty faves but a much healthier -- although widely detested -- alternative: broccoli. With his wife Michelle Obama advocating against obesity during his time and office and beyond, broccoli is a smart choice!

While at the 2013 Kids’ State Dinner, Obama expanded on his opinion, saying, “Food can be fun. It can be healthy. You are setting up habits that are going to be great your entire life.” These kinds of life lessons are always valuable, but they glimmer like gold when the most powerful person in the country says them, too.
