Jessica Rabbit Perfection

If Maitland Ward could pull off any cosplay, it's gonna be Jessica Rabbit. Honestly, if they were to make Jessica Rabbit a real-life character, we'd argue that Maitland Ward is the best choice — well, her or Christina Hendricks. Now, we're wondering if Ward can sing as well as Mrs. Rabbit.
Ward has that sultry look and the personality of Jessica already, so all this former Boy Meets World star needs is a voice that soothes the soul. Until then, we can just imagine what she can do (which isn't too far from the actual Jessica Rabbit if you really think about it).
Batman's Favorite Robin

Carrie Kelley move out of the way! Maitland Ward is the Robin that Batman will adore. The only complaint we have is that her costume is a little too reflective and bad guys will see her from a mile away with a little flash of light. Still, she looks great as Robin!
The next thing we want to see her cosplay? Batwoman or even Bat Girl! Tell us that she wouldn't be perfect in the role — we dare you. If anyone could run circles around Bruce Wayne, it would be Maitland Ward. She's certainly come a long way since her younger years.
Strawberry Scissorhands

Not just everyone could pull off a Strawberry Shortcake cosplay, but here we have Maitland Ward. If anyone could pull it off, it would be her! She’s already got the red hair, so she’s pretty much perfect for the character. For this one, she was sure to pose with fans.
Gotta admit that the fan also looks pretty amazing. It’s been a while since we’ve seen an Edward Scissorhands cosplay or even the movie, to be honest. Both of them look absolutely amazing! It’s also a little funny to see a little bit of light and darkness in this one photo.
Shortcake Negan

Can't say that we would act any differently if we ran into Negan, especially if he had Lucille the bat. That thing is dangerous in the wrong hands....aka his hands. Here's the question though: did he take her captive? What did she do? Is there any way she could make up for her transgressions?
That actually brings up another question we have — how in the world did Strawberry Shortcake end up in the zombie apocalypse? We imagine she wouldn't last long, which is probably why she's with Negan in the first place. Then again, there's been more than one surprising character in the Walking Dead Universe.
The Full Strawberry Shortcake

Here we see Strawberry Shortcake as she arrives at Stan Lee's Los Angeles Comic-Con. With something like this, she more than turned heads. People were buzzing after Ward arrived. How could they not? Most of them probably grew up watching her when they were younger on Boy Meets World.
Seeing her live and "in the flesh" (as people say), is definitely a little shocking. Those who know Ward know that she absolutely adores going to comic cons and taking pictures with fans. Nothing makes her happier. We're happy to see her living her true dream — you go, Maitland Ward!
Mary Ward

The only thing we don't like about this costume is that there's the cut-out right where the Spider logo would be. That being said, we all know exactly why that cut out is there, especially if you know what Maitland Ward has been up to lately. Let's just say she isn't doing Boy Meets World anymore.
Maitland Ward in this costume is almost like if Mary Jane decided to cosplay as her man. Does that mean that we could call this cosplay Mary Ward? Gotta say that she does look almost just like Jane when she's sitting on the couch in issue #601 for The Amazing Spiderman.
Daleks Like Spiderwoman

If there's one thing we know about Dr. Who, it's that you don't mess with the Daleks. Their whole goal is world domination through offing all other species. Because of that, this makes us wonder if Spiderwoman did something that caused Daleks to target her specifically. Definitely not good for her.
All jokes aside, that Dalek looks amazing. We love the lights at the base of the robot, and we wonder if it moves around. Maitland Ward looks just as good. The fans in the back also crack us up because they're just as interested in the scene. They clearly know something we don't with those slacked jaws...
Poison Ivy is Back

One of our favorite Batman villains is Poison Ivy. She's a fantastic character, and honestly, she hasn't really been represented in movies as well as she should. The only time she was in a film was in Batman & Robin, and we all know how terrible that turned out. Even today, it's the worst ones ever made.
If it were to be made again, might we suggest Maitland Ward? You can't say that she doesn't look stunning. No offense to Uma Therman, but Ward looks so much better. This is a woman that could lure Batman and Robin into a bad spot for Bane to do her dirty work.
Poison Ivy vs. R2

Okay, so, Poison Ivy against R2D2 — who would win? We're not entirely sure. It isn't like Ivy could control vines to trap R2, and on top of that, he can't be controlled by her via hypnosis. What we're saying is that R2D2 would definitely win...unless Bane is involved because we know how much he can do.
Of course, we can't not point out her heels. Does this woman ever believe in comfortable footwear? Sure, these shoes look amazing on her, but can you imagine being at a convention, standing all day, while wearing these stilettos? More power to Maitland because we don't know many people that could do this.
R2 and Ivy Worked It Out!

Apparently, they worked it out! That's great news for both of them. Surely they found common ground. Maybe R2D2 has some sort of botany obsession that we don't know about. Or maybe...hypnosis really does work on this little bot. Where is that devious C3PO when you really need him?!
As good as Maitland Ward looks in this outfit, we wonder how that outfit is staying up. Also, the wig? Ditch that and roll with your natural locks! It would look just as good if not better. We're sure fans of this former TV star adored this outfit as much as they did her Leia costume.
Darth Ward

Sure, this is a cosplay of Darth Vader, but can you imagine Maitland Ward as a Sith Lord? She'd be swinging around that red lightsaber, trying to take over the world while destroying the Jedi ways one step at a time. The biggest issue is that she'd have to figure out a different name.
Unlike Darth Vader, Darth Mutter (mother in German) doesn't have the same sort of ring to it. There's something about Vader and even dark father that kills it. Unlike the other Sith Lords, Ward would probably be a bit of a class clown, but the dark side needs a bit of comic relief. Maybe they wouldn't be so emotional like Kylo Ren?
Red Riding Hood

This photoshoot is easily a chef's kiss. We're glad that she decided against wearing a wig this time because her natural red hair was a great choice. Also, that costume looks super high quality so nice job on that bit, too! With the way she looks, is there something in the distance she's worried about?
Sure, maybe this isn't a cosplay of a character in the classical sense. It's a far cry from her showing up as Darth Vader, Leeloo, or Poison Ivy. Still, Red Riding Hood is very much a character, and thanks to Disney, she's been in several live-action films at this point. So, that technically makes this a cosplay.
Dany in Danger!

With the explosion of Game of Thrones, cosplaying as Daenerys Targaryen became one of the most popular things out there. Seeing a Dany was like seeing a Deadpool. They were a dime a dozen. That being said, this one certainly stood out, and we can't say that it wasn't because it was Maitland Ward.
The other cosplay is also pretty top-notch too. Obviously, they're both having a lot of fun. This image was from WonderCon, as made obvious by the sign in the background. It was in 2018 and was held at the Anaheim Convention Center. On a scale of one to ten, this one is clearly a ten!
Wakanda Forever!

Who needs dragons when you have not one, but two Black Panthers? Sure, dragons can breathe fire, but Black Panthers can kick all sorts of butt. Also, he's a king. That's what you call a win/win. Also, for what it's worth, those T'Challa cosplayers are amazing. Wonder if they're hot in there?
Maitland Ward surely isn't hot in her costume! Not entirely sure T'Challa would actually pose for the same sort of photo, but everyone sure looks great here. We're happy to see everyone cosplaying as our favorite hero, and all we can see after seeing these three is Wakanda Forever!
