This isn’t the worst thing he’s said, but it definitely made some people mad. In September of 2022, after Queen Elizabeth II ended her 70-year reign, Kayne went sent out a number of Instagram posts and stories. One was sweet (although a total lie as we’ll see in the future), but the other definitely made some people mad.
The first was that he was ending all grudges because he realized how precious life was. The second? He said, “London, I know how you feel. I lost my queen, too.” Oof. Comparing a divorce to losing one of the longest-running monarchs in England’s history and all of the accomplishments she’s done? Not good, Ye.

Saying Kim Kardashian and Kayne West had a rough relationship is like saying sometimes it’s a little chilly at the North Pole – a vast understatement. After Kim finally pulled the plug on their marriage (after years of abuse), she moved on to Pete Davidson. Kayne was not pleased, so he started a whole tirade against him.
Some of it was just calling him a loser, while other stuff got downright dangerous. Kayne wrote a song that told his fans to “beat Pete Davidson’s a**.” Pete Davidson said that the situation was hilarious, but as things turned more serious, he started undergoing trauma therapy. Ultimately, he ended the relationship with Kim K.
During a Hollywood Unlocked interview, Kayne began to discuss Kim K. Along with slamming Pete Davidson a little more, Kayne did the unthinkable – he suggested that there may be a second tape. For Kim K, the tape nearly destroyed her life. On top of that, he suggested that he saved Kim K by meeting with Ray J and taking the laptop with the video on it.
Yeah, that never happened. Later, Kim K and Ray J had to release a comment saying that there wasn’t another tape. Kim’s representative also told E! News, “After 20 years, she truly wishes to move on from this chapter with focus instead on the positive things she continues to do as a mother, entrepreneur and advocate for justice reform.”
During a Billie Eilish concert in 2022, Eilish stopped a concert when she noticed a fan needed medical attention. She paused the performance, saying, “I wait for people to be OK before I keep going.” This isn’t the first time an artist stopped a concert, and it wasn’t the last. Kayne West took her statement very personally.
Kayne posted on Instagram with the text, “Please apologize to Trav.” Along with that, he said he wasn’t going to perform at Coachella until she did apologize. Billie responded, “Literally never said a thing about Travis. Was just helping a fan.” Travis Scott was later removed from the Coachella, and Kayne later dropped out.

It’s not exactly weird for an artist to tell everyone to stand up, but pretty much everyone knows that this doesn’t include someone who is physically incapable of standing…except Kayne. During a concert in Australia, Kayne stopped his concert and told everyone to stand up. When he realized one fan was in a wheelchair, he doubled down.
Kayne told the fan unless he could show a handicap pass or proof (other than the wheelchair) that he couldn’t stand, then he wasn’t going to continue. The crowd started booing, and Kayne responded by going on a five-minute rant about how he (Kayne) was being unfairly targeted. Um, okay.
You'd think if anyone would be off limits to criticism, it would be Harriet Tubman — one of the most respected figures of the 19th century. Well, think again. Soon after Kayne announced he would run as a presidential candidate, he began to rally. During his very first rally, he tore down Tubman.
He stated that Harriet Tubman “never actually freed the slaves. She just had them work for other white people.” Just to show his mental stability, Kayne went on to say that everyone that had a baby would get “a million dollars.” Obviously, he was the best presidential candidate. Spoiler alert: He did not win.
No one was safe from Kayne’s Twitter rants, especially Kim Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner. She’s the target of a lot of controversies regularly, but not this type. During a Twitter rant one night, Kayne posted a tweet that stated, “They tried to fly in with 2 doctors to 51/50 me I been trying to get divorced since Kim.”
He finished that tweet by calling Kris “Kris Jong-Un,” a play on N. Korea’s leader. After this tweet, it’s clear why Kris or anyone would be trying to get Kanye help. The term “51/50” is in relation to California’s “temporary, involuntary psychiatric commitment of individuals who present a danger to themselves or others due to signs of mental illness.”
The Cosby allegations rocked the world as Bill Cosby, for years, was seen as America’s dad. One by one, 46 women started to claim he assaulted them, and this led to the case of the decade. Kayne had to throw his opinion out there by saying that Bill Cosby was innocent.
The tweet was simple enough, “BILL COSBY INNOCENT !!!!!!!!!!” Immediately, it sparked debate. Some simply said he ruined his 2020 presidency chances in just a single tweet. Others stated that they had defended up, but they couldn’t do so any longer. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Kanye channeled his inner Madame Tussauds with his next stunt. When he released his music video “Famous” with him lying in bed with a ton of wax figures that looked like Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, George Bush, Trump, Bill Cosby, Caitlyn Jenner, Ray J, Chris Brown, Rihanna (who sung the hook), and some others.
For over five minutes, the music video played nothing but sleeping sounds. Backed with this, the lyrics claimed he made Taylor Swift famous and discussed what it was “to be famous.” Somehow, those lyrics were the only thing that got him in trouble. Swift said she was “horrified” and “livid” with the video while Brown merely complained he had a “plumbers butt.”
This one is a bit debated. During one of his Sunday Service events, Kayne was defending MJ and R. Kelly by saying, “They just gonna pull up full documentaries on him...We can all enjoy all their music all we want. I thought I wasn't going to go there today. If we're gonna tear down artists, let's go ahead and take [Leonardo] da Vinci out the Lourve. Let's take down all the art.”
Kim Kardashian (who was still in a relationship with him at the time) quickly tweeted that Kanye wasn’t defending R. Kelly and that he never even said R. Kelly’s name. She said he was “talking about himself.” We’re not sure what he did or didn’t mean, but you gotta ask yourself, “Does Kayne seem like this kind of person?” We think the answer is obvious.
Hurricane Katrina was one of the worst natural disasters the United States had ever seen. It totally decimated Louisiana and the surrounding states. New Orleans in particular, was impacted so severely that people were stranded for days, and 80% of the city was flooded for weeks. Due to the poor response, George Bush Jr. was regularly criticized.
Kayne comes in when the Red Cross featured him and Mike Myers in a hurricane relief program. Myers remained on script while Kayne? Well, he doesn’t do anything scripted. Myers looked uncomfortable throughout Kayne’s speech, and he looked shocked when Kayne outburst, “George Bush doesn’t care about black people.” Red Cross immediately cut away from Kayne and Myers to a speechless Chris Rock.
This is the incident everyone remembers from Kayne. During the VMA awards, Taylor Swift won the “Best Female Video” VMA, and she happily walked up on stage to accept her award. Swift barely got a few words out before Kayne rushed the stage and stole her microphone to say a few things.
“Yo Taylor, I’m really happy for you – imma let you finish – but Beyonce had one of the best music videos of all time.” After that, he shrugged and walked off stage. Afterward, Beyonce cried, and Pink walked up to Kayne to chew him out personally moments after it happened. Kayne was then asked to leave. This is what started the Kayne West and Taylor Swift feud.
George Floyd was a hot topic, and many people around the world discussed what happened to this man. Kayne West, above all, probably should have kept his mouth shut, but he did not. He decided to speak in the worst way. Kayne claimed that Floyd passed due to an injection of a synthetic pain management medication.
Kayne then went further by stating that “the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that.” The Floyd family responded by slapping West with a lawsuit for harassment, misappropriation, defamation, and inflection of emotional distress. Kayne was furious, saying he’d already allegedly donated $2 million to the family, and he called them “greedy.”
Why Kayne West was at a Paris Fashion week is beyond us, but here we are. In a “secret” catwalk event by West, his models wore a shirt that stated, “White Lives Matter.” It also featured a picture of Pope John Paul II on the front. Known right wing commentator Candace Owens was also a guest at this show.
Following this, Kayne complained that he couldn’t sell shirts with the phrase because two black radio hosts quickly purchased the rights to avoid Kayne West getting profit from it. They’re hoping purchasing the rights will make the “hate slogan” (according to the Anti-Defamation League) fade out of the limelight after a few months.
Kayne sure was busy this day. He first started out with an interview with Charlamagne Tha God, going over his mental health, his family, and his art. Then, he randomly appeared at TMZ headquarters and had an impromptu interview. During this interview, he stated quite plainly, that “sl*very was a choice.”
The direct words from Kayne’s mouth were, “You was there for 400 years? And it’s all of y’all? You know like, it’s like, we’re meant to be imprisoned.” He then yelled at the office asking if they felt how he was feeling. A TMZ reporter responded to Ye’s comments by saying, “I think what you’re doing right now is the absence of thought…I am disappointed, I’m appalled, and I am unbelievably hurt.”
One of the most bizarre things Kayne has ever done was rant on his Twitter about Jewish people. Somehow, Kayne manages to say things that still leave people speechless. During his rant, he went off saying he’s going to wake up and go “death con 3” – he meant DEFCON – on them. You might ask yourself why.
Well, the answer is a doozy. Kayne believes that he’s been “toyed with” and “black balled” by them and anyone who opposes their “agenda.” All this is directly pulled from his tweet. He went on to say black people were Jewish and that he couldn’t be anti-s*mitic for that reason. West’s account was blocked soon after for violating Twitter’s policies.
After Twitter temporarily suspended Kayne for his tweets, he began to look for a new outlet to spew his verbal diarrhea. The optimal place? Parler. Kayne West decided that he would acquire the social media platform that’s favored by many conservatives. The exact terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but Parler was apparently “jubilant” about the purchase.
The platform is known for making social media posts similar to Kayne’s troublesome content. Quickly after the deal was announced (and many emails of users were released on accident), the deal fell through, and it was announced that Ye would no longer be purchasing the company. No details were released.
It honestly seemed like Kayne hasn’t had repercussions for his actions. This man literally walked into a meeting with a bunch of Adidas executives and showed them a p*rn video on his phone. The video and clear discomfort continued for a few seconds before one of them forced him to put the phone down.
That, plus the tweets, were the last straw for this German company (for obvious reasons). Adidas had it with Kayne and his controversies. The company made a huge movie by severing ties with Ye. The move would cost the company $246 million. On top of this, GAP has also made a similar move, and other companies are following suit one after another.
Literally, days after Adidas cut ties with Kayne, he decided to find another source to tell his Yeezy shoe brand. The answer to his problem? Sketchers…or so he thought. Kayne went to Sketchers, filming along the way. Sketchers promptly responded by escorting him and everyone with him off the premises.
The brand released a statement informing the public that they had no plans to work with Kayne West and that the company condemns his recent remarks. “We again stress that West showed up unannounced and uninvited.” Guess he is finally realizing his actions have reactions, and no one has to put up with him.
At this point, Twitter is a dumpster fire, and it’s truly the wild west. Kayne decided to take this time to do something that no one ever thought he’d do. Ye posted an image of the Star of David with a sw*stika melded in the center. Along with this, he posted the caption, “YE24 LOVE EVERYONE.” Um…what was he trying to say?
The tweet was deleted soon after, but that didn’t stop Twitter from suspending his account. Someone tweeted the now-owner of the social media platform, asking him to fix Kayne. Musk responded, “I tried my best. Despite that, he again violated our rule.” No one is really sure how long he’ll be suspended this time or if this is the end of Kayne’s Twitter account.
This was the interview that got everyone talking, and not in a good way. One of the worst things a person could do in the world is sympathizes with a certain mustachioed German leader from the 1940s – you know the one. Yet, Kayne managed to do just that during an interview with A. Jones (the infamous radio host) in December of 2022.
Kayne stated that he liked the German dictator and that the events weren’t portrayed as we all believe. He then went on to say that the man he sympathized with had a lot of “redeeming qualities,” like that he had a “really cool outfit” and he was “a really good architect.”
