Shirley Eaton was James Bond’s ‘Golden Girl.’ Her iconic scene where she was painted gold and nearly nude was on the front page of everyone's mind for years! Arguably one of the most iconic scenes of the franchise she won over fans as one of the most iconic Bond Girls of all time.

Shirley’s character, Jill Masterson actually ends up dying from being covered in gold. However, the career-defining scene lives on in James Bond history. Besides being a Bond Girl, Shirley also sang! She was actually in the 1957 Eurovision contest.

Working on Bond was not something that actress Barbara Bach really enjoyed – at all. She has described James Bond as “a chauvinist pig who uses girls to shield him against bullets,” according to an interview featured in People. And sadly, the role didn’t do much for her career either.

Bach struggled to find steady work and even lost out on an audition for Charlie’s Angels for being “too sophisticated,” as she detailed in an interview with Johnny Carson. Her last film was in 1986 and it was just a cameo role. Over the years, she has struggled with alcoholism but has been sober since 1988. She is a practicing vegetarian.

Xenia Onatopp was a callback to another fem fatal, Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. However, Xenia was way more ruthless and arguable way sexier in a way only a Bond Girl could be. Her character was ultimately killed off after a rambunctious fight scene where she lived up to her name “On Top”

Her role as Dr. Christmas Jones faced some serious backlash from fans because the character archetype was starting to get overplayed by this point in the ‘90s. While a grey crop top, short shorts, combat boots, and updo sure is sexy…fans were starting to get tired of the Lara Croft look.

Octopussy has not returned to the big screen in quite some time, however, she has made appearances on “That ‘70s Show” and “Walker Texas Ranger.” Maud never had children although she was married twice! That’s probably why she looks good even though she’s nearly 80 years old!

Although her career as an actress wasn’t necessarily A-list, Maud has said that she looks back on her role and enjoys the fact that she was a part of pop culture. Maud had several smaller films before landing her role in the Bond franchise, but now she lives a quiet life only appearing at red carpet events for Bond.

Eva Green has done a pretty good job keeping her private life, well, umm…private! But it has been rumored that she is dating film director Tim Burton who has already directed a few films with her. She has described herself as a nerd and a bit of a homebody so that’s probably why there are not a lot of pictures of them together.
