Most Viral TikTok Dances

TikTok has two sides. The first is funny little videos and skits that are reminiscent of Vine. In fact, we’re going to say that some TikTok videos are so good that Vine would be proud. We’re pretty psyched about the funny ones, and it’s part of the reason we spend two hours straight on the app without realizing what time it is. But, there’s another side.

The other side is TikTok dances. Sometimes they’re recreations of rap dances, while others are original moves from TikTokers. Honestly, some of these people are amazing at dancing, so we can see why this section of the app is so popular. Gotta say, we even get lost in them. Unfortunately, when we try to join in on the challenge, we look more like a stiff plank of wood compared to these TikTokers.

Say So

Say So

Say So is a beat on its own, but as a dance? It’s fire. The song is “Say So” by Doja Cat, but if you want more, check out “Juicy” and “Candy” by the same artist. Both are also pretty popular on TikTok.

Renegade

Renegade

Renegade has been popular for a while, but it really blew up when Charles James did it (in his weird, huge-hipped pants). Renegade is also known as Lottery, which is the actual song title – “Lottery” by K Camp.

Dip and Lean

Dip and Lean

“Dip and Lean,” by YBK ft. Astreaux Guillotine, was already a rap dance. Then, TikTok got a hold of it and made it a lot better. There are some pretty good versions, but Benny the Bull? Dip and Lean champ. Sorry, kids.

Crip Walk

Crip Walk

Alright, so we know this one is a little controversial considering the song (and, honestly, the name). Still, no one can deny that it’s easily one of the most popular dances on the app.

Spooky Scary Skeletons

Spooky Scary Skeletons

Who cares that it’s not October anymore? Suck it. Spooky scary skeletons can last all year long thanks to this dance. Even if skeletons send shivers down our spine. The truth is, there’s a skeleton in all of us. Lurking.

I Wanna Be Like You

I Wanna Be Like You

This one is pretty appropriate for the roaring 2020s. Rather than the original, “I Wanna Be Like You” from this dance is a cover by a dude named Jacob. His cover blew up on TikTok, so it’s only fitting that it became a dance.

The Git Up

The Git Up

“The Git Up,” by Blanco Brown, is def one of the most popular dances on TIkTok. For some reason, police officers particularly love this one…

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year

Maybe this one is taking “dance” a little too far, but we’re counting it. The song is “Chinese New Year” by Sales. Here’s Howie Mandel showing off his…” moves?” Sure. Other versions (and the best ones) include people dancing vast distances, and the camera zooming in on them as they do it.

Vibez

Vibez

Few artists have gained as much infamy as DaBaby. Some people are sick of him, while others love it. In his own words, DaBaby don’t give a f*ck. Instead of appearing in a Megan Thee Stallion song (“Cash Sh*t”), this one is his original “VIBEZ.”

223s

223s

This is one of the easier songs on the list to dance to, so a lot of kids do it. It’s pretty popular, so it’s a decent start for those just getting into TikTok dancing. The song is “223’s” by YNW Melly.
