Stars Over 50: Then and Now

Turning 50 is a major milestone birthday, and as much as they try to hide it, celebrities age just like the rest of us. It’s hard to believe that our favorite Hollywood heartthrobs and beauties are now old enough to be grandparents!

While some have aged like fine wine, others have aged like the expired milk in the back of the fridge. Whatever the case, it’s interesting to see how their lives have played out and catch up with what they are up to now.

Don’t get us wrong turning 50 isn’t the death sentence it used to be, in fact, some celebs aged 50 may come as a bit of a shock. Jennifer Aniston, who just turned 50 in October 2019 shares her view on aging with Glamour saying, “I don’t think life stops after 50. If anything, it gets more and more exciting. For some reason, we don’t honor or pay respect to aging. It’s something that we look at as a negative, and yet every single person on this planet does it. ... I don’t understand why it’s not something that's celebrated, why there’s some sort of an expiration date on who you are as a person worth watching, and a story being told about you."

Just like Jen said, the story keeps going, even after the big 5-0. We’re talking about the celebs we couldn’t believe are already 50 and taking a look at where their careers have landed.
