Qi’ra, played by the gorgeous Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) is certainly easy on the eyes but she’s every bit as deadly too, so you had better watch your back. Growing up on the streets with her boyfriend Han Solo, she ends up entangled with Crimson Dawn crime syndicate as Solo ends up joining the Imperial Academy.
Sexy and mysterious, there’s a lot we still don’t know about Qi’ra and what happens to her after the events of Solo. But hopefully, her story we are told soon enough. When last we saw her, she helps Han to escape, sacrificing her happiness once again for the sake of her long-lost love.
Koyi Mateil was a female Cerean Jedi Knight who served the Galactic Republic. She had pale skin and a distinguished forehead ridge that gave her an insightful appearance. Koyi was renowned for her lightsaber skills, mastering several different forms of combat with grace and poise.
After making it this far, you might think that this writer has a thing for Twi’leks. Still, I’m not the one who put so many in the movies. Koyi Mateil apparently changed her skin color so that she would be more attractive to humans. When we see her, she is on the arm of an older, wealthy man. I guess it worked, Koyi.
The Max Rebo Band Backup Dancers
Sy Snootles may be given the spotlight while the Max Rebo Band performs in Return of the Jedi, but let’s not forget the array of beautiful aliens from all over the galaxy dancing behind her. It’s nice to know that enough cultural sensitivity exists in this world to allow a Weequay and a Rodian to perform together.
The Max Rebo Band Backup Dancers were a set of diminutive aliens that served as the supporting musicians to the famed bandleader Max Rebo. The diverse group of backup dancers were an eye-catching addition to the star-studded performances. Too bad Luke showed up and ruined it all for everyone.
Ahsoka Tano, the former padawan of Anakin Skywalker, fought alongside the jedi in the clone wars and afterward took part in the rebellion against the Empire. She was last seen visiting Luke Skywalker at his Jedi Temple but soon she’ll be off on her own quest in the new series simply titled Ahsoka.
The beautiful Togrutan female is sassy, stubborn and reckless, but also loyal and has a kind heart. These are the qualities that any man can appreciate but something tells us, she doesn’t want to be tied down. Nevertheless, she’s earned her spot as the number one sexiest female alien in Star Wars.
Aayla Secura was a Twi'Lek Jedi Knight and one of the most renowned starfighters in the Galactic Republic. She had blue skin and long antennae, as well as her signature curved lightsaber. Aayla was an agile fighter who used her Force abilities to enhance her speed and skill in battle.
Aayla Secura is a blue Twi’leks, meaning that she bears a likeness to human beings, with the exception of the extra tail-like appendages on her head. Aayla is one of the few female Jedi, so she already gets points for that. And she was rocking that blue midriff.
One of Jabba the Hutt’s slaves, Oola makes a memorable appearance in Return of the Jedi. She may have tails growing out of her head and be the color of pea soup, but you can bet that she made a lasting impression on the preteen boys in the audience with her provocative dance moves and almost nonexistant fashion.
Oola was a Twi'Lek dancer from Ryloth who was enslaved by Jabba the Hutt. She had beautiful green skin, long antennae and star-shaped markings on her face. Oola was an agile dancer who used her body to express herself in ways most species could not comprehend.
Shaak Ti was a female Togruta Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order during the last years of the Galactic Republic. She was an accomplished starfighter pilot and lightsaber duelist, formidable in both defensive and offensive combat styles. A member of the Jedi High Council, she trained numerous Padawans, including Maris Brood
This Jedi master looks sort of like a demon, and fans were weirdly into it. Her cunning, confidence, and striped horns give her an undeniable appeal. While she isn’t given much to do in her brief appearance in Attack of the Clones, Shaak is still a popular option for costumes at movie premiers and science fiction conventions.
Zam Wessell was a female bounty hunter from the planet Clantaan who worked for Jabba the Hutt. She had a reptilian-like face but a human body. Zam was an expert markswoman and an agile fighter. Her most notable weapon was the Bryar Pistol she used to track Jedi Knights.
This shapeshifting mercenary from the beginning of Attack of the Clones looked mostly human. That is, until she died and turned into some hideous lizard creature. Still, there is something to be said about having a romantic partner who has complete control over her physical form.
There’s nothing quite like a woman in power and Captain Phasma certainly has it. Sure, she’s not the best boss in the world nor the kindest, but she certainly has a sense of duty and commands with an iron…well, chrome fist. As a stormtrooper officer in the First Order, she’s a hero…
But to everyone else, she’s a villain, especially ex-stormtrooper Finn. And while you never even see what she looks like under her armor, we happen to know that Gwendoline Christy who plays her is a stunningly beautiful model, and that’s a fact no armor can cover up.

There's not a sci-fi series much more iconic than the Star Wars franchise, and there's not a character from the movies much more iconic than Princess Leia herself. Leia has appeared in many of the movies and spin-off series, and in almost every appearance, she was portrayed or voiced by the late Carrie Fisher.
Leia has had quite the development as a character over the years, but, let's be honest, we all remember this space princess for her good looks too—who could forget her skimpy bikini look in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi? Leia may have been much more than a pretty face, but she had beauty in spades too!
Rey is a woman who knows how to hold her own. The resourceful, determined, and skillful Jedi grew up as a scavenger on Jakku before taking part in the resistance against the First Order. During her adventures, she sought out Jedi Master Luke Skywalker in order to train properly as a Jedi.
Meanwhile, she established a deep, and dare I say romantic connection with Kylo Ren, aka Ben Solo, who came to learn that she was in fact related to Emperor Palpatine, which meant she was more powerful than she even realized. Fortunately for everyone, she decided to use her powers for good.
The feisty and capable Jyn Erso had a troubled upbringing, having lost her parents at a young age. She was raised as criminal until she was picked up by a group of rebels and compelled to take part in the resistance. Growing up without hope, she found it on her mission to save the galaxy.
As every bit as gorgeous as she was intuitive, Jyn Erso helps the rebels steal the Death Star plans leading into the events of Star Wars: A New Hope. Sadly, she dies in the endeavor but her sacrifice saves many lies and at least she goes out with a bang.
Most Star Wars fans probably wish the world would forget about the terrible prequel trilogy of the late '90s and early 2000s, but they exist, and they sure are...something. While a look at Darth Vader before his dark side phase sounds good on paper, most people consider these films one big, hot CGI mess.
However, in the second film, Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, we get to see Natalie Portman's character, Padme Amidala, all grown up. Is she the most memorable character? No, she spends most of the movie being a politician in the Galactic Senate. However, Natalie Portman is a beautiful woman, and we're not gonna complain when she shows up on our screens.
The deadly Fennec Shand was a female bounty hunter, allied with the legendary Boba Fett. After the death of Jabba the Hutt, the two of them take over the Hutt’s crime syndicate. She ends up crossing paths with Din Djarin who is out to collect a bounty on her.
She is almost killed but is rescued by Boba Fett.she can succumb to her wounds. The skilled mercenary is determined and capable on her own but she certainly has the humility to know when she needs help. But when you need a job done right, you definitely go to her first.
Sy Snootles was an alien singer from the planet Sonnimax who worked for Jabba the Hutt. Sy was fond of music and sang various tunes that she wrote herself using her unique vocal range. She had a large head with blue-green skin, a long pointed snout and luscious lips... HAWT
In one of the many changes made to the Star Wars special editions, George Lucas decided that audience members needed a CGI jazz singer. In doing so, he created a flirty creature with eyelashes and lips that would make even the most gorgeous human women jealous. Oh, and she doesn’t wear a shirt for some reason, which is one of the reasons she's not higher on this list.
