JCPenney is a favorite for many shoppers looking for good deals on any day, and their Black Friday sales never fall short. This year, the store is starting Black Friday early online, and they advertise major savings for thousands of items—57% off select clothing, 60% off select furniture and home items, and a whopping 60% off for certain jewelry brands and styles.

The deals (which can be as much as 50% off on certain items) begin with early access Black Friday starting on November 7th, with new deals popping up online and in stores until the big day itself.

Belk

While closed on Thanksgiving, Belk's Black Friday sales begin online in November and continue on to the actual day. Their biggest discount this year comes from 75% off doorbusters at the store, but you also might want to check out the Belk gift card giveaway, which will give more than $1 million in free gift cards to shoppers on Nov. 25th and 26th.

In addition to specific Black Friday deals, Kohl's shoppers will also get an additional 15% off any purchases online or in-store during this promotion as well.

You'll find savings on all sorts of items at Target this year, like 30% off sweaters for the whole family, up to 30% savings on select TV models, and up to $60 off on the Apple Watch.

The membership-only store is very similar to Costco, and despite the fact that you're likely to find great deals there any day of the year, they're really going big for Black Friday this year. 

According to WalletHub, you can expect discounts at BJ's to hover around 30% off this Black Friday. This is an especially good store to add to your list if you're looking for electronics and furniture, as discounts in these departments can go even higher.

Best Buy

Every year Best Buy seems to be the hot spot for Black Friday shoppers, it seems we see people lined around the building waiting for the latest video game console or TV deal. This year, folks are looking forward to discounts some of their most famous TV brands and computer deals where you can save as much as $600. Additionally, many of their individual products will be marked down during this time too.

Be sure to check in on Amazon’s Black Friday deals all around during the holidays. This year, many of the website's sales are focused on their electronics. They're advertising major savings like 30% off select Kindle models and 70% off the Ring video doorbell. Additionally, many third-party merchants on Amazon are expected to offer major savings this year as well.

They even go so far as to roll out pallets with plastic-wrapped stacks of products ready for shoppers to grab. This year, the savings have already begun online with discounts like Apple products starting at $99.

While Dell doesn't have any brick-and-mortar locations, you might want to spend a little time on their website (or stores where their products are sold), as you can expect big savings from the electronics company this Black Friday. According to WalletHub, they're offering discounts at an average of 25% this year. 

The specific deals they're offering are way too numerous to list them all, but many of their computer models are discounted by more than $300 for Black Friday, while accessories are also deeply discounted—including Bose, Google, and Samsung products. If someone has electronics on their Christmas list this year, Dell is the place to shop!

Newegg

Despite stiff competition from similar online retailers, Newegg is still hanging in there, and they've actually got some pretty good deals on offer for Black Friday 2023. According to WalletHub, you can expect to find average discounts on their website exceeding 20% off. Considering how pricey electronics can get, that can translate into some serious savings. 

However, you're likely to find deals on their site that far exceed 20% off. According to the breakdown from WalletHub, Newegg is leading the consumer electronics category with average discounts of more than 40%. If you're in the market for a new smartwatch or something similar, this is one website to watch!

Home Depot

Home Depot might not be the first store when you think of shopping and Black Friday deals, but they've actually got some pretty good discounts this year if you're on the search for tools, appliances, and other home goods. According to WalletHub, you can expect average discounts of around 20% this year. 

If you really want to score big savings at Home Depot this Black Friday, be sure to check out all the deals they're offering on furniture. You should expect to see savings of around 26% off for these kinds of purchases. If you've been eyeing some new patio furniture this year, now is the time to act!

Costco

There's always some sort of great deal going on at Costco, but that doesn't mean they're not pulling out all the stops for Black Friday shoppers! The wholesale retailer has some good things in store this year, with an average discount of 17% off for goods across the entire store. 

In particular, Costco is going to have some great deals on some of their more expensive items. For example, jewelry discounts are going to be a whopping 20% off this Black Friday, and furniture will be even more discounted, with an average of 23% off the list price for items.
