The Shortest Stars in Hollywood

Tom Cruise - 5’7"

 Tom Cruise - 5’7"

Tom Cruise, face of the Mission: Impossible franchise for over two decades, is actually only 5’7". It’s widely known that careful posing and camera angles make him appear taller than actresses such as Cameron Diaz (5’9") or Nicole Kidman (5’11"), yet IRL photos shatter the illusion.

Tom Cruise’s films have grossed over 10.1 billion dollars worldwide, which places him as one of the highest-grossing actors of all time. His career has also landed him with three Golden Globe Awards and three Academy Awards nominations. He’s definitely came a long way since Risky Business and Top Gun. It’s a miracle they were able to hide his tiny stature for so long.

Kevin Hart - 5’2"-5’4"

Kevin Hart - 5’2"-5’4"

Comedian Kevin Hart capitalizes on his short king status with self-deprecating jokes that never fail to fill arenas. During a 2015 Mopi interview, Hart said, “I think confidence is what defines you. What defines how tall you really are. For me, it’s never good to think of my height holding me back.” And it surely hasn’t, as one of the few comedians to outsell Jerry Seinfeld.

Kevin Hart chose to make fun of the obvious and beat everyone else to the joke, which is amazing if you think about it. On social media, he’s even in on the joke and posts the hilarious truths behind the pictures he takes and post. There’s oftentimes some strategic angling or a foot stool involved behind the scenes.

Ariana Grande - 5’3"

 Ariana Grande - 5’3"

Pop princess Ariana Grande skyrocketed to fame after a four-season stint on Victorious and has since released like hits “Problem” and “thank u, next.” She lengthens her appearance with an iconic high ponytail, which draws the eye upward, and it’s rare to see her ditch the platforms or heels! She really makes the most of 5'3"!

Members of her staff or close friends are often seen carrying Ariana around like a little kid. Maybe the height difference was a main factor in her breakup with tall boy Pete Davidson! Maybe that’s a stretch, but it would be nice to have someone that tall around when you need something from the top shelf.

Danny DeVito - 4’10"

Danny DeVito - 4’10"

Danny DeVito might be one of the shortest actors around due to multiple epiphyseal dysplasia, but he is also the most lovable. Seen in Taxi, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Matilda, it’s safe to say that people will remember this raspy-voiced angel for more than his lack of height.

At only 4’10" Danny DeVito is easy to fall in love with. His short stature is definitely part of his charm and has probably paid off in his acting career. Many of his roles take advantage of his short size for effect, which, in a way, makes his shortness an asset!

Kim Kardashian - 5’2"

 Kim Kardashian - 5’2"

Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney, both American socialites and businesswomen, barely scrape 5 feet. Next to their towering 5’10" sisters, Khloe and Kendall, they risk being overshadowed. Although Kim’s bank account and Kourtney’s personality no doubt even the playing field.

Kim is arguably the most famous sister in the bunch. Her career on TV and as an OG Instagram influencer have cut out a legacy similar to only Marilyn Monroe herself. At only 5’2" it’s no doubt that all that star power was seriously bound to find a way out somehow.

Pierre Suu/GC Images/Getty Images

Zac Efron - 5’8"

Zac Efron - 5’8"

Zac Efron, two inches shorter than the 5’10" American average, is actually the tallest star on this list. Best known for his breakout role in the High School Musical franchise, the actor has scored signature roles in a Baywatch remake and movie-musical,The Greatest Showman, since his Disney fame.

Zac Efron came on the scene to prove that not every Hollywood heartthrob has to be tall, dark, and handsome. Some can be short and handsome.

Nicki Minaj - 5'2"

Nicki Minaj - 5'2"

Nicki Minaj is similarly sized to the Manhattan “I Like It” singer, coming in at a teeny 5’2" for such an iconic personality. She shot to stardom with her 2010 debut album Pink Friday and has trampled the haters since.

Don't be fooled by her height. Miss Minaj can do it all and doesn't mess around with any kind of BS.

Lady Gaga - 5’1"

Lady Gaga - 5’1"

Lady Gaga, like Kristen Chenoweth, is known for her pop hits and outlandish fashion statements. More recently, her feature in the 2018 remake of A Star Is Born further launched Gaga into the realm of Hollywood stardom.

This Oscar-winning performer is nothing if not bold. Most people don't realize how short she really is because she stands so tall and hides it well. You could say she's got a good p-p-p-poker face.

Gotham/GC Images/Getty Images

Peter Dinklage - 4'4"

Peter Dinklage - 4'4"

Peter Dinklage is easily the shortest celeb on this list at a whopping 4’4, yet has sent tidal waves throughout Hollywood with his portrayal of Tyrion in HBO’s Game of Thrones. This actor has a version of dwarfism called achondroplasia, and he warned The New Yorker about harmful parenting practices. “If I see a kid and he’s pointing at me, and the parent has him look the other way, what’s that kid going to grow up into? Somebody who can’t make eye contact with somebody who’s four and a half feet tall? That’s sad to me.”

What some may see as a handicap has landed Dinklage some pretty impressive roles that could not be conquered as well by taller actors. He's actually one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood for his work on Game of Thrones, and he's got plenty to be proud of!

Jada Pinkett Smith - 5’0

 Jada Pinkett Smith - 5’0

Jada Pinkett Smith—an American actress, producer, screenwriter, and businesswoman—stands at a miniscule 5 feet even. Currently, she hosts a talk show with her mother and daughter called Red Table Talk that has a 98% audience approval rating.

Smith has appeared onscreen consistently now for over three decades. She's also part of an all-star family, so her height is maybe the least notable thing about her.

Kristen Bell - 5’1"

 Kristen Bell - 5’1"

Veronica Mars and The Good Place actress Kristen Bell is as petite as can be, but sometimes we forget her smallness--until placed next to her actor hubby. With 6’1" Dax Shepard by her side, who’s an entire foot taller, she’s gotten used to “dressing taller” with stilettos concealed under dress pants and plunging tops.

Bell has taken on all kinds of roles during her long career, and, unlike the title suggests, as the namesake character of the 2009 film Forgetting Sarah Marshall, we won't be forgetting Kristen Bell anytime soon.

Kourtney Kardashian – 5’1

Kourtney Kardashian – 5’1

We first met Kourtney Kardashian in 2007 on her family's reality tv show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The show became a major commercial success (especially with the release of her sister’s famous tape) and launched the family into fame. Since 2007, Americans have dubbed the Kardashians as the American Royal Family.

Kourtney is involved in the retail and fashion industries, as well as social media influencing. She and her sisters and mother have started many boutique clothes stores in major metropolitan areas around the U.S. Sometimes it seems like Kim gets all the attention in the family, maybe that’s because Kourtney is easy to miss since she’s only 5’1.

Nicole Richie - 5’1

Nicole Richie - 5’1

Actress, socialite, and fashion designer Nicole Richie rose to fame alongside childhood bestie Paris Hilton in the TV series The Simple Life. Barely anything about her or Hilton’s lives are “simple,” except perhaps Richie’s petite size at 5’1.

Beyond her initial reality show run, Richie has made plenty of appearances as a judge for competition shows and as a guest actor in others. That's a pretty big career for such a little lady.

Simone Biles - 4'8

Simone Biles - 4'8

Simone Biles is a decorated American artistic gymnast who has won over 30 Olympic and World Championship medals. Currently, Biles is the most decorated American gymnast of all time and is widely considered to be the greatest gymnast the world has ever seen. She was born on March 14th, 1997, in Columbus, Ohio.

Simone’s mother was unable to care for her and her siblings, so all four went in to foster care. She was later adopted by her grandmother in 2003 and grew up in the North Houston suburb of Spring, Texas. Simone’s first encounter with gymnastics was at 6 years old during a day-care field trip. The instructors urged her family to enroll Simone in the program. Now she’s one of the most dominant gymnasts of all time at only 4’8.

Cardi B - 5’3

Cardi B - 5’3

Mastermind behind “Bodak Yellow” and “W.A.P.,” tiny gal Cardi B exploded on the rapping scene in a big way. Every song she releases is a chart-topper and helps her climb farther up the ladder of success (you know, ‘cause she’s 5’3).

Cardi B is another star you'd hate to underestimate. Her height only makes her hardcore past that much more impressive.

Reese Witherspoon - 5’3

Reese Witherspoon - 5’3

Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon—star of Legally Blonde, Big Little Lies, and Cruel Intentions—may be a huge star, but her tiny frame barred her from Hollywood at the start of her career. She told The Daily Mail, “All I heard was, ‘No, not right—not tall enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough. But I didn’t really care about their opinions. I’m stubborn.”

Reese Witherspoon is one who makes a big impression, not in spite of her height but because of it. This shorty, feisty blonde always packs a punch.

BG004/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images

Lil Kim - 4'11

Lil Kim - 4'11

Lil Kim, much like Lil Wayne, incorporated her tiny stature into her career moniker as a turn-of-the-century rapper. While a lot about her appearance has… transformed over the years, she’ll always be 4’11 and confident ‘90s star.

This east coast rapper may be little, but she ironically got her start in the early nineties when she got discovered by the Notorious B.I.G.

Kristen Chenoweth - 4’11"

 Kristen Chenoweth - 4’11"

Actress and singer Kristen Chenoweth has starred in everything from film, to TV, to Broadway, to live musicals--and her height hasn’t gotten in her way! With a powerful voice that captures an audience’s attention with just a couple of notes, Chenoweth doesn’t need to be tall to be noticed.

She's one of the few on this list actually under five feet and is still a force to be reckoned with. You've got to think at some point being so short makes you stronger!

Nick Jonas – 5’6

Nick Jonas – 5’6

Nick Jonas got his start alongside his real-life brothers when they started a boy band called The Jonas Brothers. The Jonas Brothers released their first album It’s About Time in 2006 with Columbia records. The brotherhood band went on to enjoy several years of commercial success with media giant Disney.

Along with Disney, Nick Jonas was featured in the Camp Rock franchise. The Jonas Brothers officially disbanded in 2013, but Nick Jonas continued his career in music releasing his second solo album Nick Jonas in 2014. His third studio album topped charts in 2016, but while that towered over the rest, he stood at a modest 5’6.

Sharon Osbourne - 5'2

Sharon Osbourne - 5'2

Sharon! Sharon Osbourne is famously known as the better half of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne. Sharon’s personal career took off after her family's own reality TV show The Osbournes took over MTV from 2002 to 2005. Sharon went on to become a TV personality on her own right after the show.

She single handedly revived Ozzy’s career by founding the summer Ozzfest tour, and has been a prominent figure on TV as a judge for The X Factor and America’s Got Talent. She’s also released several autobiographies, the first of which went on to be the best-selling female autobiography of all time. She did all this at only 5’2 tall.

Amy Poehler - 5’2

Amy Poehler - 5’2

Amy Poehler is known for her iconic roles on SNL, Parks and Recreation, and Mean Girls, but her sense of humor certainly accounts for her height. But being 5’2 hasn’t stopped her from releasing her own bestselling memoir or starring in award-winning films like Inside Out.

Being a bit on the short side doesn't take anything away from her can-do character, Leslie Knope, and it certainly doesn't slow down Poehler herself.

BG017/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images

Jack Black - 5'6

Jack Black - 5'6

Jack Black primary role as one of the most lovable actors—heck, people—to ever exist makes it easy to ignore that he barely reaches the 5’6 marker, not that it even matters! In a 2005 edition of St. Louis Post-Dispatch magazine, Black joked, "I'm 5-7, 5-7 1/2 after doing my yoga.” Spoken like a true comedian.

You'd never know his height when his onscreen persona is so large and boisterous. We could all use a little more Jack Black in our lives. Emphasis on little, apparently.

Adrian Edwards/GC Images/Getty Images

Anna Kendrick - 5'2

Anna Kendrick - 5'2

Anna Kendrick exploded on the Hollywood scene after starting on Broadway, eventually getting casted for The Twilight Saga and blockbuster hit Pitch Perfect. In both films, Kendrick’s height was never distracting, but she’s been asked about her status at 5’2 enough times to garner this response in a 2012 edition of Elle: “I'm 5'2 and being around massive football players makes you wonder if you're the same species!”

How should holds in so much air to belt out over Broadway with such short physique? We'll never know. All we know is we're thankful for it.

Megan Fox – 5’4

Megan Fox – 5’4

Megan Fox is the girl an entire generation of boys drooled over for years! Born and raised in Tennessee, Megan was raised strictly Pentecostal. When she turned 18, she worked hard to make her own way separate from her mother. That’s when she found her love for dance and acting.

Megan struck a life changing goldmine in 2007 when she landed the bombshell role of Mikaela Banes in Transformers. This role won her prestigious nominations for several awards including an MTV movie award for “Breakthrough Performance.” While entranced by her beauty, several probably don’t notice that she’s only 5’4.

Paula Abdul - 5'0

Paula Abdul - 5'0

We had no idea that one of the original American Idol judges Paula Abdul is only 5 feet tall! Maybe it’s all that time she spent sitting behind the judging table, but this singer-songwriter’s illustrious career gives a good name to the shortest among us.

With editing techniques and tricks, it's hard to judge someone's height from a music video. This is especially true when that person's costar is an animated cat, like in the video for her song "Opposites Attract."

BG023/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images

Eva Longoria - 5’2

Eva Longoria - 5’2

Perhaps there’s a correlation between barely surpassing the five-foot mark and becoming a Hollywood celebrity, as Eva Longoria is another in the bunch of successful 5’2 actresses. This Desperate Housewives star often uses fashion illusions to trick the eye into thinking she’s taller, including dresses with high slits paired with leg-lengthening skin-colored heels.

This soap opera star won't let her height hold her back from bringing the drama to the small screen. No pun intended.

BG002/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images

Salma Hayek - 5'2

Salma Hayek - 5'2

Salma Hayek began her acting career in Mexico as a telenovela star and award-winning film actress. Confessing to Redbook about her insecurities, Hayek said, “I am 5-2, and in Mexico it was very important to be tall. People used to say that the short thing was a deformity… I was really upset about my height. One day, I said, ‘Who decided that it’s better to be tall? Why is it better? Am I less healthy? Am I less capable?’” Certainly not!

In the face of this kind of adversity, the experience must have contributed to Hayek resilient confidence and nonchalance. Who'd have thought she was insecure about anything?

Scarlett Johansson - 5’3

 Scarlett Johansson - 5’3

Marvel Universe star Scarlett Johansson worked hard to fit the bill for Russian superhero Black Widow AKA Natasha Romanoff. Her height doesn’t seem to be a huge insecurity for her but remains something she thinks about, telling Style Magazine, “"I'd like to be taller. I'm 5-foot-4 on a good day, and a couple extra inches would be nice.”

Being a few inches below the national average certainly hasn't slowed her career, however. ScarJo has been steadily acting since the 90's with no sign of stopping anytime soon.

Vanessa Hudgens - 5’3

 Vanessa Hudgens - 5’3

Vanessa Hudgens is best known for her role starring opposite fellow shorty Zac Efron in High School Musical, and since has transitioned from Disney kid to Netflix princess. She admitted to People that her petite figure occasionally makes her feel “less” than women “who are taller are smarter and more powerful,” but she simply remembers that “you can take up space without height—with your achievements, points of view, and opinions.”

Well, Miss Hudgens certainly has a lot of achievements to take up space with. Her acting career hasn't slowed since she was a Disney star, and she even has a few Teen Choice Awards under her belt.

Oscar Isaac – 5’7”

Oscar Isaac – 5’7”

Up until recently, Oscar Isaac spent most of his time in indie films like Inside Llewyn Davis by the Coen brothers, but then he was in Ex Machina, and it was all up from there. Then he was in Star Wars, X-Men, and most recently, Marvel’s Moon Knight. Is he that short, though?

Watching his movies and TV shows, you wouldn’t know that this style king is also a bit of a short king. He stands at 5’7”. That’s pretty respectable, but it's far from average in America. Isaac goes to show you that height isn’t everything in Hollywood. He has all the good looks, charm, and skill.

Mila Kunis – 5’4”

Mila Kunis – 5’4”

This one might be a bit of a shocker because she seems much taller than she actually is. Not that 5’4” is tall by any means but considering she’s standing next to her 6’2” husband, Ashton Kutcher. She looks to be closer to 5” thanks to him! Even at her actual height, she’s shorter than the average actress.

Recently, she’s been taking a break from movies so that she can raise the couple’s children – Wyatt and Dimitri. Instead of showing up in movies several times a year, she’s choosing to voice act and appear in TV shows. You might recognize her as the voice of Meg in Family Guy or even Fefe in Stoner Cats.

Michael J. Fox - 5’4

 Michael J. Fox - 5’4

Michael J. Fox made waves in Hollywood in Family Ties and Back to the Future back in the ‘80s and ‘90s all while standing at a squat 5’4. In his 2009 book Always Looking Up: The Adventures of an Incurable Optimist, Fox clarified the title’s meaning: "First off—let's just get this one out of the way—it's a short joke. At a fraction of an inch under five-foot-five, much of my interaction with the world and the people in it has required that I tilt my head backward and direct my gaze upward.”

Great Scott! We never realized Mr. Fox was so short. But that does make more sense for how he was able to play a teenager for so many years.

Daniel Radcliffe - 5'5

Daniel Radcliffe - 5'5

Daniel Radcliffe, with his hard-to-beat reputation as worldwide phenomenon Harry Potter, is married to the lovely actress Erin Darke. The only "problem?" Darke is actually two inches taller than the actor! This isn’t an actually problem, of course, as they've looked adorable in pictures since their 2013 wedding.

'The boy who lived' grew up grew up into an actor with a rich career. He just didn't do much literal growing along the way.

Neil Mockford/GC Images/Getty Images

Angelina Jolie – 5’6”

Angelina Jolie – 5’6”

Angelina Jolie is easily one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. Typically, she looks as though she’s towered over her costars, but that’s not necessarily true. In most cases, it’s the work of Hollywood magic. Jolie is actually a modest 5’6”. That’s not quite average for the typical American woman, but not bad either.

Jolie has had a rough go of it lately. One of the most recent movies she was in kinda bombed, but she has some more Maleficent movies coming up, which almost always do well at the box office. Currently, she’s busy with her split from her husband, Brad Pitt, and taking care of her children.

Robert Downey Jr. – 5’7”

Robert Downey Jr. – 5’7”

Robert Downey Jr. started his career forever and a day ago. The man’s first role was when he was just five years old, and he did it so well that it began a seriously amazing acting career. It had a few bumps and derailments thanks to his drug abuse (which landed him in jail at one point), but that’s all water under the bridge.

Downey got his act together and began staring in Iron Man, which really earned him major bank. Now, he’s working on a few films here and there since he was finally released from Marvel after over a decade. The famous actor is 5’7”, but you wouldn’t know that while he’s standing in his Iron Man suit.

Bruno Mars - 5’5

 Bruno Mars - 5’5

Whether or not we count the height of his curly locks, Bruno Mars obviously wasn’t granted much in the height department. Despite hoards of Tweets mocking his height after the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Mars never seems bothered by his teeny stature. Just look at his fashion sense; that is not a man lacking confidence!

What does height have to do with making catchy pop tunes? Well, if Bruno Mars is any indication, it's safe to say: the shorter the better.

Neil Mockford/GC Images/Getty Images

Joe Pesci - 5’4

Joe Pesci - 5’4

Goodfellas and Home Alone actor Joe Pesci is barely taller than Kevin Hart, yet it doesn’t prevent him from being casted in roles of volatile “mobster” characters. If his height bothers him, he doesn’t let on, bluntly telling The Freelance Star back in 1992, “I’m not tall.” Enough said.

You could give Pesci a hard time about his height, but we wouldn't recommend it. If he's anything like the characters he portrays, you may end up on the wrong end of a gun.

Lil Wayne - 5'5

Lil Wayne - 5'5

Lil Wayne, often cited as one of the greatest rappers to ever live, certainly stacks up to his stage name. With a net worth of nearly $150 million and platinum hits, his influence is so much bigger than his IRL 5'5 height.

Most people don't take the term "lil" in a person's stage name to be so literal. Regardless, the New Orleans rapper has a lot more to be known for beyond his height.

RB/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images

Josh Hutcherson – 5’5”

Josh Hutcherson – 5’5”

Maybe we never noticed how tall Josh Hutcherson was because he started his career as a kid. His role in the Bridge to Terabithia brought pretty much everyone to tears no matter how macho you were. Then, when he grew up, he acted alongside Jennifer Lawrence. The funny thing is, she’s taller than him.

Lawrence stands a solid four inches taller than our man Hutcherson. He’s certainly on the lower end of the height chart at 5’5”. This actor goes to show that big things come in small packages. Since Hunger Games, he’s spent time acting in TV shows, but movies are in the future.

Cyndi Lauper - 5’3

Cyndi Lauper - 5’3

“Girls Just Wanna Have Fun,” “Time After Time,” and “True Colors” singer Cyndi Lauper makes the list as one of the shortest among Hollywood elites. At 5’3, Lauper’s 40-year career hasn’t taken a hit once from her short stature. If anything, it makes her stage presence even stronger!

Lauper isn't known only for her catchy tunes or her eccentric looks aren't all this pop star is know for. She's also worked for years as an activist, mostly for LGBTQ+ rights in America. She may be short, but she's got a big heart.

Kylie Minogue – 5’0

Kylie Minogue – 5’0

If you don’t know Kylie Minogue, you must be living under a rock! She’s an Australian, international pop singer and also just happens to be the highest-selling Australian female artist of all time. She’s even known as the “Princess of Pop” across the pond. Despite her towering stature in her industry, she’s only 5’ tall!

Kylie is known for reinventing herself in music and fashion, however no matter what she does, she can’t outgrow that short height. You may also be surprised to know she is an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for services of music and Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres for her contributions to French culture.

Neil Mockford/Contributor/GC Images/Getty Images

Zoë Kravtiz – 5’2

Zoë Kravtiz – 5’2

If you don’t know Zoë Kravitz, you will definitely know her parents, musician Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet. Zoë has definitely made a name for herself however, she’s an actress, singer and a model! Zoë got her acting start in No Reservations in 2007 and went on to star in several mainstream films and series and countless independent films.

Besides acting, she’s also a prominent model in the fashion world. She’s currently the face for YSL Beauté and has also starred in campaigns for Tiffany & Co., Balenciaga, Alexander Wang, Coach New York, Tumi, and Calvin Klein! You would think such a prominent model would be at least 5’11, but Zoë stands at a modest 5’2.

Natalie Portman – 5’3

Natalie Portman – 5’3

Natalie Portman has literally done it all, she’s attended Harvard University, starred on Broadway and even made it on the big screen (several times obviously). Natalie is also one of the most versatile actresses out there, she’s played everything from a Star Wars princess to repeated roles as a psychologically troubled woman.

Her daring and versatile acting skills have landed her with several awards including an Academy Award and Two Golden Globe Awards. Natalie achieved all this at only 5’3 making her one of the shortest stars in Hollywood. But hey, they say big things can still come in small packages!

Rashida Jones – 5’3

 Rashida Jones – 5’3

You may know Rashida Jones from a couple measly shows like The Office and Parks and Rec. Rashida not only is an actress, but she’s also a producer and director. This girl has her high heels all over showbusiness! Rashida grew up in Los Angeles, Bel Air to be exact, so as a California native there’s no doubt, she would go on to be a star!

Rashida’s father was Quincy Jones, a musician/record producer at the time. Rashida garnered national attention in 1994 after she called out Tupac Shakur for his negative remarks on her parents’ interracial marriage. They later became friends before his death. Rashida stands at only 5’3, but she doesn't want you to know that.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen - 5’0

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen - 5’0

We combined Mary-Kate and Ashley because...well, they’re identical twins with identical careers. These childhood stars have been around since literal infancy, staring as babies in Full House. The Olsen twins stole the heart of the world with their blue eyes and bright smiles. Although they have since retired from acting and found their way as fashion designers.

Nowadays, the Olsen twins are better known for their quirky fashion and illusive fame. They quickly became some of the wealthiest celebrities in the industry at a very early age. They’ve arguably spent most of their adult lives trying to live down their childhood personas, but that may be a little hard to fight off since they’re only 5' tall.

Hilary Duff – 5’2

Hilary Duff – 5’2

Hillary Duff was the teen idol of the 2000’s. You may better know her as Lizzie McGuire from her starring role as Lizzie in Lizzie McGuire, a popular TV show that ran from 2003 to 2004. While she is an actress, Hilary is a business woman and creative of all sorts!

From fashion lines to pop albums, Hilary has extended her brand to many different industries. She even wrote a New York Times best seller in 2010 titled Elixir in 2010. Hilary set the tone for several other Disney stars, celebrities like Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato looked up to her early on in their careers. Well…more like looked down because she’s only 5’2.

America Ferrera – 5’1

America Ferrera – 5’1

America Georgine Ferrera is another break-out Disney star that found her way to fame. As a Los Angeles native, America started her career in 2004 and 2005 with Disney’s Gotta Kick it Up! and cult classic The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. She later starred as Ugly Betty in ABC’s hit TV series Ugly Betty.

America isn’t afraid to take on the big roles, and that landed her big successes. She’s won an Emmy, a Golden Globes Award, and TIME even called her one of the most influential people of 2007. American Ferrar always goes big, which is shocking because she’s a tiny 5’1 tall.

Elliot Page – 5’1

Elliot Page – 5’1

Canadian actor, Elliot Page has been in the business since he was only 10 years old. Elliot was known in his early days for his hit role in Pit Pony and Trailer Park Boys. However, his breakout role came in 20007 for his lead role in Juno. Elliot’s portrayal of Juno earned rave reviews from critics and several high-profile nominations.

While Elliot found his fame early on, his talent for acting didn’t stop there. Recently, you may have seen Elliot on Netflix in a show called The Umbrella Academy. Elliot played a frighteningly powerful violinist named Vanya. The power the character exudes is quite shocking considering Elliot as a person is only 5’1.
