Strange House Noises and How to Fix Them

Hearing random sounds throughout a home is not only going to get on a family’s nerves, it could also be indicative that more severe issues are taking place. Unfortunately, tracking these noises down throughout the property is often easier said than done with a number of unique possibilities for each noise. Squeaks and Scratching in the Attic

When an older window loses its weather stripping and wind gusts occur, rattling is going to happen. If you are experience this on your windows you have a few options to choose from. The easiest way to begin the process is by replacing weather stripping which will also improve climate control within the house. The cheaper option is to affix storm sashes, or small hinges on the outside of the window that secures them in place.
